Hold Harmless Agreement
agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Twin Towers Orphan Fund, Inc., agents, board members, volunteers and public relations representatives for any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, liens, causes of action, awards, judgments, costs and expenses of whatever kind or nature, which arise out of are in any way connected with any act or omission of   or agents, officers, employees, independent contractors, subcontractors of any tier or authorized representatives. The same shall include injury or death to any person or persons: damage to any property, regardless of where located; and any worker's compensation suit arising from connection with any service performed by  .

It is acknowledged that no endorsement either implied or express has been given to the event or efforts of any fundraiser or activity by The Twin Towers Orphan Fund, Inc., other than the promise to hold all donations in trust for identified orphans and to provide a receipt for tax purposes as allowed by law. No expense or indebtedness has been authorized except where the presence of a signed purchase order from The Twin Towers Orphan Fund, Inc. has been provided. Confirmation of any permitted debt is only available from the Executive Director of the Non-Profit Twin Towers Orphan Fundat (661) 633-9076. All other debts are created by the individuals sponsoring fundraising events and are their sole responsibility.
