Thank you for choosing to help the children who lost parents during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Your donation is 100 percent tax-deductible.

In order to provide the children with as much financial assistance as possible, we need to keep administrative costs at a miminum. We can reduce the cost associated with developing and producing tax receipts (person hours, paper, ink, and so on) by having each donor print out a "Self-Generating Tax receipt" and sending it with their check. These Self-Generating Tax receipts are below. Please print out, complete and mail your check with one of the forms below to:
