The Twin Towers Orphan Fund was created for the sole purpose of providing long-term educational and welfare assistance, including mental and physical health care benefits, for these newly orphaned children.
Created by more than 40 PR professionals around the nation collectively acting in response to the tragedies affecting families in New York, as well as Los Angeles, Boston, Washington and San Francisco, the new fund has received support from elected officials, civic leaders, public corporations and the charitable community Bakersfield, CA and across the nation. The Twin Towers Orphan Fund is one of the LibertyUnites.org approved organizations for raising funds to assist victims of the September 11 tragedy. All gifts are tax-deductible.

Education Savings Accounts for Children of 9/11 Victims
- TTOF moved $1.6 million from its trust fund to open up to 800 individual "IRC Sec. 529" long-term, tax-deferred education savings accounts in the names of the children in the TTOF child registry.
A national grassroots effort, the Twin Towers Orphan Fund began as a 100 percent volunteer-supported activity. It was this volunteer effort that ensured 100 percent of the funds donated for over seven months were used exclusively for the benefit of children who lost one or both parents during the tragedy of September 11, 2001.
The One Family Project is looking for sponsors to help individual families of 9/11. Please contact Therese Quinn, One Family Project, 425-335-5163 for additional information.

Beginning with a horrifying image of the North Tower on fire and ending with the haunting pictures of a debris-covered Lower Manhattan the day after, The First 24 Hours documents "ground zero" in the immediate aftermath of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 with raw and powerful honesty.
The words
"We Will Never Forget" are a powerful and symbolic reminder that the victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks will always remain in our hearts and prayers.
